Donald Trump: The Myth of the God-Emperor

A picture of Donald Trump's head expertly Photoshopped on a toddler's diapered body. Donald Trump's facial expression is one of anger and bewilderment.

No other United States President in history has earned the “chicken-hawk” moniker to quite the same degree, or with the same amount of fanfare, as Republican President Donald J. Trump. Displaying the pompousness of Benito Mussolini, the cowardice of Neville Chamberlain, and the vulgarity of King James the First, this ostentatious nincompoop has launched some of United States history’s most embarrassing military campaigns in rank service to large capital.

A History of Mediocrity and Stolen Achievements

Donald Trump is a man who has remained an infant all his life. Born with a silver spoon in his flapping maw to a white-collar racist named Fred Trump and a snake named Mary MacLeod who married for money, the young Donald Trump was considered a childhood delinquent and a mediocre student. As a young jock more interested in playing with his baseball bat than learning in school, he was a poor fit for life as a contributing member of the upper crust society in which he “grew up”. His grades were not impressive, as he only made half-hearted attempts at studying the topics he personally found interesting.

Fred Trump did not approve of his embarrassing son’s behavior. The son, Donald, would be sent to New York Military Academy to learn how to march in a line, hop through obstacle courses, and twirl a toy gun. Although he and his sycophants credit his military academy background for giving him a sense of discipline and work ethic, Donald Trump never joined the military. He graduated from New York Military Academy with no exceptional character trait to speak of but the massive unwarranted ego he would become infamous for over the course of his life.

After supposedly becoming an adult, he would join his father in the real estate business, where he would learn the arts of graft, lying, and cheating the rotten bureaucracy of a sham government. It was from this early business experience that he learned accountability is for proles, honesty is for suckers, and humility is for the weak. The family business would become known for taking advantage of government grants, exploiting public ignorance, and promoting institutionalized racism, although this latter thing would prove to be too much even for a worthless government with a long history of promoting white supremacists in the state legislature.

Moral and Business Bankruptcy

In the year 1973, Fred Trump and his real estate firm were sued by the United States Department of Justice for racial discrimination. The company was disallowing black applicants from entering lease agreements with apartment buildings. They were probably worried that their private property would become crack dens, brothels, or other forms of base for illegal activity due to the residents’ skin colors, or perhaps that the skin colors, in and of themselves, would depreciate the value of the property. The Trump company counter-sued for defamation, and the proceedings resulted in a farcical settlement where the Trump family would cross their fingers behind their backs and promise to put the racial discrimination to an end. Given how well-established the Trump family has been within the wealthy elite for decades, it is not surprising that the United States Department of Justice bowed down to their rational self-interest.

Sigmund Freud could have written a book about Trump Tower. This monument to ruling class decadence constructed in the early 1980’s contains such objects of vanity as luxury apartments, corporate offices, and a multistory atrium featuring marble, brass, glass, and an indoor waterfall. Apparently, Donald Trump had this building designed with the intention of him being able to personally rattle off a tiresome list of frivolities within a vast edifice which bears his own name.

His book, The Art of the Deal, published in 1987, is a pompous farce ghostwritten by a journalist named Tony Schwarz who would later condemn him for being a narcissistic blatherer with no credible value to his name but his name. Naturally, due to the absurd nature of the capitalist system suffered so intensely in America, much of the value of his name includes actual monetary value, so were I to imply he was any sort of pauper on account of being a prodigious moron, I would be at least half as foolish as the man himself.

Womanizing and Conspiracy Theories

Donald Trump has seesawed across the political spectrum throughout his public life, and it was only after much deliberation concerning whether he should engage in Democratic Party graft or Republican Party graft that he decided to go with the latter, for the sole reason that the GOP constituency holds a number of embarrassing beliefs that work in synthesis, rather than contradiction, with his flamboyant ego. The most peculiar of these is the “birther” conspiracy theory, which is the one which states former United States president Barack Obama was born in Kenya, rather than in Hawaii, presumably meaning that the first black United States president’s two consecutive terms were illegal outright, and the entire government body overlooked a basic component of its own law to keep this person in executive office for so long.

Of course, nobody should mistakenly say that Donald Trump has any respect for the law of the country which he now purports to rule as an elected dictator while his strings are pulled by the corporate interests funding his party’s election campaigns, and his hands are tied by his own executive staff. Allegations abound that he and his associates have engaged in sexual assault of women, including underage girls, an accusation which he denies despite numerous credible eyewitness accounts that have been refused from entering a court of law due solely to justice system hocus-pocus known only to the wealthy elite and their spoiled attorneys.

Although it’s no surprise that Donald Trump has found popularity with the ruthlessly irksome horde of woman-beaters, pick-up artists, and involuntary celibates calling themselves the “alt-right”, or “alt-lite” if they take comfort in kidding themselves, the fact that this womanizing knuckle-dragging primate has found a number of women voicing their support and adulation of him is a joke.

A Joke Political Candidate

Anyone old enough to remember the 2016 election remembers that once upon a time, Donald Trump’s appearance in the GOP primaries was discussed in much the same light as one might discuss Mickey Mouse as Secretary of the Department of Defense (now called the Department of War, meaning the public has had to fund signages nationwide being dismantled and replaced to reflect the more macho-sounding name for no other reason than to supplicate this egotistical blowhard).

Although there’s no reason to believe the alt-right, the prolific online meme posters on every kind of social media who promote every ultra-reactionary political mental illness from white nationalism, to Holocaust denial, to mass deportation of every living being who speaks Spanish from the United States to Mexico, there is no reason to believe they’re funding anyone’s political campaign. Alt-right money comes from much the same place as moderate conservative money. Conservative news agencies and pundits have given such a loud voice to the alt-right that for an alt-right talking head to speak anything but blind praise of Trump would be for them to deny themselves a brand-new Tesla.

As much as the conservatives accuse the liberals of “whining” about a covert white supremacist and womanizing fat lard occupying the Oval Office, something not even close to unheard of in American history before Trump, they are guilty of the exact same charge. Washington DC still remembers the time Donald Trump lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden, and the incredibly laughable and pathetic excuse for political activism, the January 6, 2021 riot on the Capitol building orchestrated by Trump sycophants and perpetrated by a boot-licking right-wing mob of idiots, that followed. It should go without saying that no government that represents the people would have even allowed such a thing to happen, and no people who they felt were represented by their government would respond to a mere change of executive office chairmen with such an act of limp-wristed violence. But limp-wristed violence is exactly what these conservatives engage in to save face when the reality that they’re as timid and emotionally volatile as the liberals confronts them.

Chicken-Hawk Foreign Policy

The Ukraine War has been a cash dump for the United States government for years. Since February 24, 2022, this cabal of servants to private capital has thrown $195 billion into this conflict, $127 billion of which were spent on weaponry specifically produced for the war. Russo-Ukrainian wars have been commonplace for centuries, but in the twenty-first century, the United States and its private defense contractors have been using the Ukrainian war against Russia as an open-ended business investment meant to circulate manufactured arms in a war that otherwise would not have cost nearly as many lives within the region.

Using the lame excuse of Venezuelan “narco-terrorism” as their cause for war, the Donald Trump administration has put the United States Navy to a sordid sort of work unseen in the western hemisphere since the heydays of Blackbeard and Captain Cook. Officially to enforce unilateral trade sanctions on the country, the United States Navy has occupied and boarded Venezuelan oil tankers with destinations set for such enemies of the American farce as China and Russia, and sold the cargo to private companies in the American oil cartel at prices well below their cost of production. This has been framed by Donald Trump and his sycophants as an act of international peacekeeping.

Iran continues to stand defiant against the cowardly miscreants of the United States Air Force and Navy. Donald Trump has had the nerve to call Iran’s entire military and leadership infrastructure “utterly crushed” and “ready for surrender”. Despite Donald Trump’s clamoring on Twitter, also known as X, for the sovereign Middle Eastern state to “make a deal”, peace talks have been unproductive, and gasoline continues to be sold at premium prices in the west as the Iranian state continues to restrict freight shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.

A Legacy of Pompousness and Failure

Donald Trump is only popular to a constituency in the United States that values pomp and rhetoric over value and substance. With an approval rate below 40% as so normal for the two-term president that it’s become part of his brand, Donald Trump’s populist, nationalist talking points appeal mainly to a motley crew of angry misfits who treat the boring speeches broadcasted by the very same corporate media platforms he’s accused of producing “fake news” as a source of catharsis to free them from their own feelings of individual and collective failure.

The international community has openly condemned Donald Trump as a bully on the world stage. As someone who seems to believe his nation’s military possesses the fearsome reputation of the Mordor armies of JRR Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Donald Trump has tried to leverage United States military power for such failed projects as forcing conditional surrender from Russia by throwing money at its rival, crushing all final radical Islamist resistance against United States power in the Middle East and Africa, and annexing the allied country Greenland for national security purposes.

With his unique combination of stupidity and evil seasoned with expert theatrical flair and broadcasted worldwide by the world corporate media, Donald Trump wouldn’t be out of place as a villain in a Disney cartoon. This tiresome nitwit has been elected to the United States presidency two times over ten years, with a four-year interim caused by his defeat in the 2020 election to the breathtakingly corrupt Democratic President Joe Biden. You only have to look at the man’s enormous necktie to get a real sense of his character, and once you understand that someone of this character is capable of holding executive office for two non-consecutive four-year terms with disgusting amounts of fanfare, you begin to understand that real power in America sits nowhere near the White House.
